
Case Study: Design To Support a World Changing Idea
Honored by Fast Company in the publication’s World-Changing Ideas issue, our client—The Climate Service—is on a mission to embed climate risk data into every decision on the planet, and in doing so, facilitate the world’s transition to a lower-carbon economy. It is a colossal and ambitious undertaking. But, with the world’s leading scientists, economists and technology strategists on the team, The Climate Service is making strides and scaling fast.
The company tapped Benecomms for a digital and design strategy to match its ambitions. In the fall of 2019, we began our work to define, develop, and scale this successful brand online. From establishing initial brand guidelines to asset creation, including social card templates, email signatures, presentations and RFPs, brochures, and video, we worked to establish and build the TCS digital channels. We also ideated and re-built the firm’s website on the Hubspot CMS platform.
In the first two weeks post-launch the site experienced a 25% increase in users, a 33% increase in new users, a growth in session duration of 25%, and an increase in page views by 32%.
